Lucinda “Cindy” Smitley was born and resides in Dennison, Ohio. A graduate of Claymont High School , Cindy has been a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance agent since 1987. As a member of the Midvale United Methodist Church in Midvale, Ohio, she serves as a Trustee and on Administrative Council. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family. |
